Unilever asked Vitamin to give them a fresh perspective on how to better embed their brand into grocery retailers with a focus on the ice-cream and spread categories.
We created a strategic framework focusing on Tesco to identify the different layers of opportunity available to suppliers within retailers. We then developed a range of activation ideas that aligned brand and retailer ambitions.
British Gas asked Vitamin to help them translate their brand framework into a visual and verbal identity.
We led the engagement process with key stakeholder teams and briefed affiliate agencies. We designed and ran brand activation and tone of voice workshops

B&Q asked Vitamin to help redefine their in-store customer journey, and create a new differentiated conversation with customers at key parts of the store.
We talked to customers and colleagues to understood what really mattered and how we could make the journey both easier and more inspirational. We then translated this into a set of guiding principles for the commercial and marketing teams.

Tesco asked us to conduct a strategic review of the ‘convenience’ food market. We translated our insight to build customer profiles for the spectrum of convenience foods. From scratch cooking to microwave, we identified the gap in the existing ranges to meet customer needs in this sector. The output informed the brief to the commercial teams for range development.

The Tesco Family Dining team (which includes Giraffe, Decks and Tesco cafes) asked Vitamin to support on a number of projects including refreshing the Giraffe brand positioning and developing and trialling the new Decks proposition.
We also designed, created and delivered bespoke Christmas Trees for Giraffe.
